By downloading or using DailyDose+, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be 13+ to use DailyDose+. Users under 18 require parental consent. Healthcare providers must be licensed professionals.

Services Provided

DailyDose+ offers medication reminders, hydration tracking, health record storage, and MealOBox nutrition sync. We do not provide medical advice.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account security. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at security@mealobox.in.

Health Data & Privacy

Your health data is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law. You retain ownership of all health data you upload. We process it solely to provide the service.

MealOBox Integration

By enabling the MealOBox Sync feature, you consent to sharing relevant health data with MealOBox Foodtech Pvt. Ltd. under a strict data processing agreement.

Intellectual Property

All DailyDose+ software, designs, and content are the property of MealOBox Foodtech Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without written consent.

Disclaimers

DailyDose+ is a wellness tool, not a medical device. Medication information is provided for tracking purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MealOBox Foodtech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Applicable legislation: IT Act 2000, DPDP Act 2023, Consumer Protection Act 2019.
