HIPAA Disclosure
DailyDose+ (an initiative of MealOBox Foodtech Pvt. Ltd.) acts as a Business Associate under HIPAA 1996. We have implemented technical, physical, and administrative safeguards meeting or exceeding the HIPAA Security Rule and Privacy Rule. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available for all healthcare provider partners.
Data Handling Protocols
Medication names, dosage schedules, water intake logs, uploaded health documents (user-controlled).
Active data: indefinitely while account exists. Deleted data: purged within 30 days from all backups.
Only with MealOBox (for tiffin personalisation, under BAA) and your chosen healthcare provider (with explicit consent). Never sold.
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete all personal health data at any time via Settings → Privacy.
