DailyDose+ is a free medicine reminder and water tracking app by MealOBox. It sends smart medication alerts synced to your meal times, tracks your daily hydration goal, and stores your prescriptions in an encrypted health vault. The app is free to download on Google Play with no subscription required for core features.

Add your medication with its dosage, timing, and course duration (for example, 30 days starting from a given date). DailyDose+ then sends context-aware reminders timed to your meals — like "Metformin 500mg with breakfast at 8:00 AM" — and tracks each dose until your course ends. Refill alerts warn you before you run out.

Set a daily water goal (default 2 litres) and log each glass with one tap. DailyDose+ shows your progress visually, sends gentle nudges when you fall behind, and adjusts your goal for hot weather or medications that require extra hydration, such as Metformin.

Your prescriptions, reports, and health history are protected with AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit, biometric and two-factor authentication, and a zero-knowledge architecture — only you can see your data. DailyDose+ follows HIPAA-aligned safeguards and offers Business Associate Agreements to healthcare providers.

With MealOBox Sync enabled, your medication schedule and nutrition needs flow securely to MealOBox's AI engine. Every tiffin is then curated to avoid drug–food interactions and fill nutrient gaps — for example, adding extra vitamin B12 if you take Metformin long-term.

Yes. Family Mode lets you manage schedules for dependents from your own phone and get notified if a dose is missed. It is designed for adult children coordinating care for elderly parents, with large tap targets and readable type built for seniors.
